The Frequent Buyer Reward Program
We wanted a way to let our regular customers know that they were appreciated and valued. So we created an environment where our customers could choose how they wanted to be rewarded, in a way that suited their unique lifestyles.
Our customers are rewarded with points for every dollar spent with us on flowers, plants, floral sundries as well as our Auction Express Delivery Service. Now you can go on holidays and travel the world, shop at your favourite stores, catch your favourite movie with friends or simply choose a VISA cash card! It’s really that easy!

As long as you:
– Are a registered Flower Auction customer
– Have been a regular buyer for 6 or more weeks
If these conditions are satisfied, you are able to enroll in the Frequent Buyer Reward Program.
If you are already a registered Flower Auction customer and not yet enrolled, please call our Customer Support Team on 1300 88 61 71.
If you are a new Flower Auction customer, after your first 6 weeks, you will automatically receive an invitation to enroll.
You earn reward points by purchasing flowers, plants, floral sundries and Auction Express deliveries from Christensen’s Flower Auction, calculated on the pre-tax purchase price.
Reward points are automatically allocated to your account based on your invoice activity. Currently $1 spent is equal to 5 reward points.
You can check your reward points balance and redeem your points for rewards by logging into the Flower Auction website and clicking on the Rewards icon. From there you can enter our rewards portal where you can redeem your points for a gift of your choice.
If you do not make a purchase over $99 in a single transaction within a 7 day period, your account is deemed to be inactive and all accumulated points will be forfeited. Only if your shop is closed can you request your account be put on hold for the period you will be away, up to a maximum of 6 weeks.
